กลยุทธ์การบริหารเครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 10

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1. กลยุทธ์การบริหารเครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 10 2. ผลการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 10 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลยุทธ์การบริหารเครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนประกอบไปด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ กลยุทธ์การวางแผน กลยุทธ์เครือข่าย กลยุทธ์การมีส่วนร่วม และกลยุทธ์การบูรณาการ 2) ผลการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน พบว่าทักษะที่เป็นพื้นฐานประกอบด้วย 5 ทักษะ ได้แก่ ความยืดหยุ่น การปรับตัว ความรับผิดชอบ การมีศักยภาพในการสร้างงานที่มีคุณภาพ และคำนึงถึงจริยธรรมของการทำงาน 3) ผลการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาที่จัดการศึกษาเรียนร่วมหลักสูตรอาชีวศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ทวิศึกษา) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 10 ผ่านแบบประเมินทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน พบว่า ทักษะอาชีพอยู่ในอยู่ระดับมาก ( = 4.42)
