Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1. to study the effect of the Stem Education Management Network (STEM) in secondary schools in Phetchaburi Province under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 10, 2. to study the results of the development of innovative thinking skills in secondary schools in Phetchaburi Province under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 10. The findings are 1) establishing of a STEM network for the development of innovative thinking skills in secondary schools in Phetchaburi Province Under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 10, consistis of 5 network schools, namely Yothinburana Phetchaburi School, Huaisai prachasan School, Nongchumsaengwitthaya School, Bangchanwitthaya School and Don yangwitthaya School The style of communication is a whell network, 2. the overall result of the development of innovative thinking skills is at a high level (gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.47), By interviewing the administrators, teachers, and students from network member schools, it shows that organizing STEM activities leads the innovative thinking skills to a high level.
