Relationship Between Personal Leadership Characteristics and Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the Personal Leadership Characteristics of the
School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. 2) to study
Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. and 3) to find out the Relationship Between Personal Leadership Characteristics and Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was selected from 302 teachers study Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. By using the Crazy and Morgan tables The research instruments were a 5 level rating scale by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The Personal Leadership Characteristics of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The overall image and the aspect are at a high level in all aspects. By sorting out the highest mean to the lowest mean which are the Laissez- Faire Leaders, Democratic Leaders and Autocratic Leaders. 2) Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The overall image and the aspect are at a high level in all aspects. By sorting out the highest mean to the lowest mean which are determine the mission of the school, In teaching supervision and in promoting academic atmosphere, curriculum management and teaching. and 3) The find out the Relationship Between Personal Leadership Characteristics and Instructional Leadership of the School Administrators Under Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. In overall image had a high level of positive relationship with statistical significance at the level of .01
