Knowledge Management for Upgrading Pineapple Products throughout Value Chain of Pineapple Processing Community Enterprise Groups in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Abstract
This research article aimed to: 1) create the knowledge management manual for upgrading pineapple products throughout the value chain of Pineapple Processing Community Enterprise Groups in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and 2) evaluate the knowledge management manual for upgrading pineapple products throughout the value chain of Pineapple Processing Community Enterprise Groups in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The sample group used in the research was the group 100 persons for knowledge management, and the group of 5 persons using the success result of the work. The research tools used were a questionnaire and a manual evaluation form. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, content analysis. The research results were as follows: 1) the creation of a knowledge management manual for upgrading pineapple products throughout the value chain, which included content about: 1.1) the knowledge management for growing organic pineapple for could be used for encouraging an individual pineapple grower and a group to have knowledge, 1.2) the managing fresh pineapple selling for using in production planning and harvesting the products to meet the needs and the marketing mechanism system, and 1.3) the development of pineapple products manual for promoting people to have knowledge by development from old careers to create new careers, and create additional income, and 2) the knowledge management manual evaluation results were overall at the high level, and the knowledge management manual implementation results were overall at a high level.
