บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพของการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ รายวิชาการออกแบบและพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนบนเว็บ สำหรับนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ 3) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียนที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ และ 4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ การจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ แบบสอบถาม และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 8 คน และกลุ่มนักศึกษา จำนวน 66 คน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนตามเกณฑ์เมกุยแกนส์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ 1) ผลศึกษาคุณภาพของการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ ตามแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.54 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.32) 2) ผลศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 1.39 ซึ่งสูงกว่า 1.00 ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของเมกุยแกนส์ 3) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 4) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์ในภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.18 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.71)
