Analysis of the Relationship between Management Factors and Support for the Success of the Management of the Cooperation Network in Crisis Management: A Case Study of the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization and Network Organizations

Abstract

This objective of this research to study the level of opinions and factors affecting the management of the cooperation network in crisis management, a case study of Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization and network organizations during the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. This study focuses on the management between network organizations, using quantitative research methods with 420 people and qualitative research with 25 people to answer the research objectives. The sample group is people involved in the preparation and management of various crises in the area, both groups within the government and groups outside the government. The results of the study found that 1. The overall level of opinions on the management of the cooperation network in crisis management, a case study of Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization and network organizations, was at the highest level ( equation= 4.33, S.D. = 0.55) 2. The relationship of the management of the cooperation network in crisis management, a case study of Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization and network organizations, was statistically significant at the 0.01 level (r = 0.638). The main factors were: 2.1 Command (r = 0.683) must give importance to coordination with public health agencies. 2.2 Planning (r = 0.662) requires situation analysis, setting objectives and goals, planning operations, and testing plans. 2.3 Work control (r = 0.633) requires control before, during, and after the work. The secondary factors are: 2.4 Organization (r = 0.625) requires organizational structure, assignment of responsibilities, work distribution, and creation of communication channels. 2.5 Coordination (r = 0.581) requires promotion of cooperation and collaboration, along with identification and analysis of stakeholder groups. All factors have a moderately positive relationship with the success of the crisis management cooperation network, respectively.
