The study involved 30 participants, including community leaders, elders, students, youth, and representatives from relevant organizations in the Ban Wang Ka community. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, focus group discussions, and the analysis employed content and descriptive analysis. The research findings reveal that 1) The strategies for cultural preservation and management in the Mon Ban Wang Ka community are comprehensive, focusing on preserving culture through the transmission of knowledge and traditions via cultural activities such as the boat-floating ritual (Loy Ruea Sadokkhro). The participation of all community members is a key factor in fostering a sense of ownership and pride in the local culture, which supports cultural preservation efforts in the Ban Wang Ka community 2) Lessons learned from community participation highlight the creation of local awareness through the involvement of both youth and elders in cultural activities. This engagement fosters intergenerational learning and connection, which is essential for cultural development and community unity 3) The approach to developing and expanding cultural preservation and management strategies should involve integrating cultural capital with economic development, such as promoting cultural tourism, establishing cultural learning centers, and building collaborative networks with external agencies. These strategies enhance the sustainability of cultural preservation and development in the long term.
