การจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์ร่มบ่อสร้าง อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์ร่มบ่อสร้าง อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการผลิตและกระบวนการการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์ร่มบ่อสร้าง อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มกับวิสาหกิจชุมชนผู้ผลิตร่มบ่อสร้าง ผลการศึกษากระบวนการผลิตร่มบ่อสร้าง พบว่า ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นตอนการจัดการวัตถุดิบ 2) ขั้นตอนการประกอบร่ม และ 3) ขั้นตอนการวาดลวดลาย ผลการศึกษากระบวนการการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนผลิตภัณฑ์ร่มบ่อสร้าง พบว่า ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การจัดการวัตถุดิบด้วยภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น 2) การจัดการการผลิตโดยองค์ความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะ และ 3) การจัดการถ่ายทอดศิลปะและความเป็นเอกลักษณ์ท้องถิ่น
