ศึกษาการพัฒนาการศึกษาเพื่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของโลก : กรณีศึกษาประเทศมาเลเซีย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัย เรื่อง ศึกษาการพัฒนาการศึกษาเพื่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของโลก : กรณีศึกษาประเทศมาเลเซีย มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษานโยบายการพัฒนาการศึกษาของประเทศมาเลเชีย เพื่อการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของโลก เพื่ออธิบายปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จและนำบทเรียนจากการศึกษาประเทศมาเลเชีย นำมาจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการศึกษาของประเทศไทย ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2573 ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการวิคราะห์เอกสาร และการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นโยบายการพัฒนาการศึกษาของประเทศมาเลเซีย มุ่งสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และมีความก้าวหน้าไปมากทุกเรื่อง เมื่อพิจารณาตามเป้าประสงค์หลัก 7 ประการ ขององค์การยูเนสโก และเป้าประสงค์อื่นๆ ที่สนับสนุน ยกเว้นเรื่องการขยายทุนการศึกษาไปให้กับประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนา และการร่วมพัฒนาครูของประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนา 2) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้กับประเทศไทย คือ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาการศึกษาและการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย ยุทธศาสตร์ในการเพิ่มโอกาสด้านเทคนิคศึกษา อาชีวศึกษา และอุดมศึกษา ให้ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้โดยไม่จ่ายแพงเกินไป และยุทธศาสตร์การยกระดับการอ่านออกเขียนได้ คิดเลขเป็น ของเยาวชนและผู้ใหญ่
