การพัฒนาการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในเวลาเร่งรีบ สถานีรถไฟอยุธยา

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในเวลาเร่งรีบ สถานีรถไฟอยุธยา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในเวลาเร่งรีบ และ 3) เพื่อทดลองคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารในเวลาเร่งรีบ งานวิจัยนี้ดำเนินการตามกระบวนวิจัยและพัฒนาและวิจัยคุณภาพ มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 32 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ การสังเกต แบบสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์และคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้โดยสารต่างชาติส่วนใหญ่มาจากประเทศเอเชียและบางประเทศในยุโรป ผู้โดยสารมักใช้บริการ 10-15 นาทีก่อนเวลารถไฟจึงทำให้การสื่อสารเป็นเวลาเร่งรีบเสมอ เสียงประกาศสถานีและเสียงแทรกจากผู้คนมักรบกวนการสื่อสาร ผู้เรียนต้องการคู่มือภาษาอังกฤษที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในเวลาเร่งรีบได้ 2) คู่มือภาษาอังกฤษที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยบทเรียนแสดงการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษที่มีรูปแบบเป็นคำสั้นและง่าย รวมทั้งการใช้ภาษาท่าทาง การใช้รูปภาพ การใช้เสียงเน้นคำ 3) ผลการทดลองพบว่าการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษสื่อสารกับผู้โดยสารต่างชาติมีความรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้นและไม่พบปัญหาในการสื่อสาร
