รูปแบบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา 2. สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา และ 3. ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา ประชากรเป็นผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาจำนวน 433 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ แบบประเมินรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา มี 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) คุณภาพผู้เรียน (2) นโยบาย แผนงานและงบประมาณ (3) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร (4) การส่งเสริมและกำกับติดตามผู้เรียน (5) เครือข่ายความร่วมมือและระบบบริการ (6) นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี และ (7) การพัฒนาบุคลากร 2) รูปแบบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 ปัจจัยนำเข้าสู่ความสำเร็จ ส่วนที่ 2 กระบวนการสู่ความสำเร็จ ส่วนที่ 3 ผลผลิต ส่วนที่ 4 ผลลัพธ์ และส่วนที่ 5 เงื่อนไขสู่ความสำเร็จ 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของสถานศึกษามีผลการประเมิน ด้านความถูกต้อง ด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
