บทคัดย่อ
ปีพุทธศักราช 2565 ประเทศไทยเริ่มต้นการพัฒนาตนเองด้วยการกำหนดกรอบการบริหารประเทศในระยะยาวโดยมีการจัดทำแผนของภาคส่วนต่างๆ ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี ภายใต้ทิศทางของรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช 2560 หมวด 6 แนวนโยบายแห่งรัฐ มาตรา 65 โดยมียุทธศาสตร์ชาติด้านการพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อให้คนมีความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีในวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตและจิตสำนึกร่วมในการสร้างสังคมน่าอยู่ และมีการปฏิรูปการเรียนรู้แบบพลิกโฉม ในบทความนี้มุ่งนำเสนอบทบาทเครือข่ายอาจารย์มืออาชีพในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเขตภาคเหนือที่เสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจของครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามสถานการณ์ในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทยในศาสตร์ทางพลศึกษา ซึ่งเป็น 1 ใน 8 กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สำหรับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการที่ส่งผลต่อทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ ทักษะ สมรรถนะ และเจตคติของผู้เรียนตั้งแต่ระดับปฐมวัยจนถึงการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตเพื่อให้ระบบการเรียนรู้ทางพลศึกษาตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในคริสต์ศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยการนำเสนอหัวข้อดังนี้ บริบทและบทบาทเครือข่ายอาจารย์มืออาชีพ การเสริมพลังอำนาจของครู และฉากทัศน์เครือข่ายในสถานศึกษาของรัฐบาล เอกชน และท้องถิ่น เพื่อการต่อยอดในเชิงนโยบายและกลยุทธ์ในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพทรัพยากรมนุษย์ตามปณิธานของยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ
