CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS OF TRANSFORMATION LEADERSHIP OF EMPLOYEES IN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (MANUFACTURING) IN LOWER NORTHEASTERN REGION 2

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) study transformation leadership of employees in small and medium enterprises (manufacturing) in lower northeastern region 2, 2) analyze confirmatory factors of transformation leadership and 3) validate the consistency of transformation leadership of employees in small and medium enterprises (manufacturing) in lower northeastern region 2, model and empirical data. The sample was 611 employees. The data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis. The results were as follow: transformation leadership of employees in small and medium enterprises (manufacturing) in lower northeastern region 2 was high level, there were 2 factors of transformation leadership. They were 1) inspiration and empathy Stimulation factor and 2) ideology of attitude and behavior factor. Finally the result of second order confirmatory analysis found that the transformation leadership model was consistent with the empirical data.
