MODEL DEVELOPMENTAL TO EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION FOR FIRST RESPONDER IN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE OF THAILAND

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to study the condition of the present situation and the problem situation of education management for first responder in emergency medical system,Thailand and developing a model of Educational Administration for First responder in emergency medical system,Thailand by concepts of Ludwig Won Berttaraffy , Eduacational Administration for Emergency Medical service , the National Educational Act B.E. 2542 and Emergency Medical service Act B.E 2551 . The research process used in the study comprised 4 procedures which are (1) compilation and analysis of related documents;(2) Studying present situation and problem situation of Education administration to first responder in emergency medical service ,Thailand by made a questionnaire for 77 Administrators at Emergency Medical service Provincial office and 77 questionnaires for 77 administrators of dispatcher center at Provincial hospital (3) data analysis by using the descriptive statistic and application of the result of analysis a draft of model educational administration: and (4) study of the suitable and feasibility model by in-depth interview and organizing a seminar between eminent persons .

The result of this research show that a suitable and feasibility Model of Education Administration to First Responder in Emergency Medical Service,Thailand is mixture with 5 component such as input,process,output and environment and strengthen with the activities between 1)the number of student per 1 class of training,2) management for the document and textbook for student,3) the enough of budget supporting,4) budget supporting on time 5) management information system of instructor ,6) subject for training skill in emergency medical service , 7) skill of instructor for making teaching plan 8) evaluation of the efficiency teaching by student,9) collective data of counseling between the course 10) objective setting for management plan 11) evaluate of personnel performance 12) monitor of the performance of student who pass the course 13) setting education plan and budget plan by local administration organization.

Furthermore A model which including 13 components will help administrator for management the system of education administration by relating with present situation and present problem and in the future the administrator should integrate 13 components that was developed with the present component that is performed and planning for establish the learning center for community learning in emergency medical service by supporting of local organization administration and preparation for ASEAN community in B.E. 2558
