THE DEVELOPMENT OF WEB-BASED SKILL TRAINING COURSE ON RADIO PROGRAMMING FOR RADIO AND TELEVI

There is 3 objective of this research 1. to develop the web-based skill training Course on radio programming for radio and television students in higher education institute. 2. to study the Performance of the web-based skill training Course on radio programming for radio and television students in higher education institute. 3. to study the effectiveness of the web-based skill training Course on radio programming for radio and television students in higher education institute. The teaching approach used by the MIAP format model which has 4 steps of the learning process. 1st step to leading into lesson (Motivation). 2nd step to the content knowledge. (Information). 3rd step to step exercises and training. (Application). 4th step to check of the training (Progress). to study the effectiveness of lessons. Sample included 2-year students from faculty of communication arts of Dhurakij Pundit University by the number of 40, who came from a simple random sampling. Statistical data is analyzed using t-test.
The research found that
1. The develop of the web-based skill training course on radio programming for radio and television students, which includes 5 main components include:1 The import (Input) 2. The process of teaching and learning of best practices techniques on the Internet (Process) 3. Control (Control) 4. Production (Output) 5. To enter data feedback (Feedback) effective evaluation of the experts in the appropriate level.
2. The effectiveness of the web-based skill training course on radio programming for radio and television students is 88.44/85.88 which is equal to the standard.
3. The achievement of learning from web-based skill training course on radio programming for radio and television students. Was Higher than before the study with statistically significant at .01 4. The practical skills that students learn from the the web-based skill training course on radio programming for radio and television students. The average score of 88.48 as practical skills in good level.
5. The duration of practice of the skills students learn from the webbased skill training course on radio programming for radio and television students. After the study over 2 weeks at 99.43%. 6. The comments of the student’s learning from the web-based skill training course on radio programming for radio and television students. Valuable comments the average level at 4.45 is appropriate.
