บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การบูรณาการความร่วมมือของเครือข่าย 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบูรณาการความร่วมมือ และ 3) สร้างรูปแบบการบูรณาการความร่วมมือของเครือข่าย การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัย
เชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่จากส่วนราชการ 16 หน่วยงาน จำนวน 32 คน ประธานและคณะกรรมการชุมชน จำนวน 3 คน ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านและประชาชนในชุมชน จำนวน 12 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 47 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสัมภาษณ์ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาการตีความ และการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างข้อสรุปเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบูรณาการความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายชุมชนแพสะแกกรังประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ การวางแผนพัฒนา การตัดสินใจ การปฏิบัติการ การประเมินผล การพัฒนาหรือปรับปรุง และการร่วมรับผลประโยชน์ 2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบูรณาการความร่วมมือประกอบด้วย 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ นโยบายและการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ โครงสร้างการบริหารและการจัดการของชุมชน การสื่อสาร ทรัพยากรและงบประมาณสนับสนุน ตลอดจนภาวะผู้นำและการขับเคลื่อน และ 3) รูปแบบการบูรณาการความร่วมมือของเครือข่ายชุมชนแพสะแกกรัง มี 8 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ การบูรณาการตามภารกิจแนวตั้ง การบูรณาการตามภารกิจแนวนอน ความร่วมมือแบบผู้ให้
และผู้รับ ความร่วมมือแบบครั้งคราว ความร่วมมือตามความพอใจ การบูรณาการบางส่วน การเชื่อมโยงกิจกรรมบางกิจกรรม และความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์การตั้งแต่สององค์การขึ้นไป
