Effects of Quality Management on Organizational sustainability of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Business

Abstract

The research objective to study the quality management and organizational sustainability and the effects of the quality management on the organizational sustainability of the electrical power distribution equipment business. Data were collected from 340 Electrical and Electronic Equipment Business executives by using stratified random sampling method and using a questionnaire as a research tool. Statistics used for data analysis was multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that the executives of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Business had opinions about quality management overall and individual aspects include the high level of customer orientation, continuous development, employees participation and competitive advantage and the business executive agreed with having organizational sustainability as a whole and at a high level of reliability of the firm, corporate image, financial security and reputation. According to analyses of the data in term of relations and effects found that the quality management in the aspect of continual development had positive relationships and effects on the organizational sustainability as a whole.
