Abstract

This objectives of this research were to analyze users’ satisfaction in using the instructional media via internet. The system admin could add, delete and fix the contents, including pictures, video, and satisfaction survey. The tool used in this research was the online satisfaction survey. The survey sample was the 30 users of the program.
The research found that the satisfaction level on the media scored 4.16 on average and 0.36 on standard deviation. The satisfaction level on the font color and font size scored 4.37 on average and 0.45 on standard deviation. . The satisfaction level on the appropriate content scored 4.23 on average and 0.46.
