Leadership Leading to the Acceptance of Female Executives by Colleagues in Government Suppression Departments: A Case Study of Fiance Ministry

Abstract

The objectives of this research was to study females’ leadherships that led to the acceptance of colleages in governemtns’ crime suppression departments in Teasury Ministry using survey questionniares to collect data from 400 officers and prospersive random sampling. The study employed One-Way ANOVA to analyze data and to test hypothesis. The results from this study found that the respondents perceived female executives’ leadership at high levels. The results also revealed that the executives always monitor the followers’ performance and help to prevent the mistakes to happen eventhoug the executives has no principles or unclear mission. The results also revealed the respondents had good attitude towards the female executives in the crime suppression units since they believed that the excutives were eligible to lead the units as well as male executives including brave and leaderships. The respondents accepted and were willing to work with female executive at high level. The respondents presented that female executives had negotiation skills and used it with related persons, departments, and criminal better than male executives; this resulted in the more convenience and easier to work. The respondents’ satisfaction working with female executives also was high. Finally, the results found that female executives could lead the team to reach the goals.
