บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสวงหาตัวแปรเชิงเหตุที่สำคัญปริมาณ และลำดับตัวทำนายในลักษณะสถานการณ์ จิตลักษณะเดิม และจิตลักษณะตามสถานการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการมีจิตอาสา โดยศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงเปรียบเทียบ ใช้แนวคิดพื้นฐานจากรูปแบบทฤษฎีปฏิสัมพันธ์นิยม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเยาวชนไทย จำนวน 800 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนและกำหนดโควตา ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอย พหุคูณ แบบ Enter และแบบ Stepwise และความแปรปรวนแบบสามทาง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั้งในกลุ่มรวมและใน 20 กลุ่มย่อย ผลวิจัยพบว่า ตัวแปรอิสระ 11 ตัว สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการมีจิตอาสา 1) ในกลุ่มรวมได้ร้อยละ 45.90 ตัวทำนายสำคัญ คือ การเห็นแบบอย่างจากคนรอบข้าง การเห็นแบบอย่างจากสื่อ แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อพฤติกรรมการดำรงชีพตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ลักษณะมุ่งอนาคตควบคุมตน และการมีภูมิคุ้มกันตน 2) ในกลุ่มย่อยที่บิดารับเงินเดือน ได้ร้อยละ 51.10 ตัวทำนายที่สำคัญ คือ การเห็นแบบอย่างจากสื่อ การเห็นแบบอย่างจากคนรอบข้าง แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ความไว้วางใจผู้อื่น และทัศนคติที่ดีต่อพฤติกรรมการดำรงชีพตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และในกลุ่มย่อยที่ทำนายได้น้อยที่สุด คือ กลุ่มเยาวชนไทยที่เล่นกิจกรรมกลางแจ้ง สามารถทำนายได้ 41.20% ตัวทำนาย คือ การเห็นแบบอย่างจากคนรอบข้าง การเห็นแบบอย่างจากสื่อ ทัศนคติที่ดีต่อพฤติกรรมการดำรงชีพตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นแนวทางการวิจัยที่สำคัญและการพัฒนา เพื่อเสริมสร้างเยาวชนไทยให้มีพฤติกรรมการมีจิตอาสาในทิศทางที่เหมาะสมและเป็นคนดี คนเก่ง มีสุข
