เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการและวิจัยของอาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักวิชาการด้านมนุษยศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ และแขนงวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ประวัติศาสตร์ ศาสนา ปรัชญา นิเทศศาสตร์ บรรณารักษศาสตร์ สารสนเทศศาสตร์ ภาษา วรรณกรรม วัฒนธรรม สังคมวิทยา มานุษยวิทยา และการพัฒนาสังคม
