- ประสานงานกับผู้นิพนธ์ ผู้ประเมินบทความ และกองบรรณาธิการด้วยความซื่อสัตย์ โดยไม่มีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน เพื่อให้ได้บทความที่มีคุณค่าและสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการจัดทำวารสาร
- ตีพิมพ์บทความที่มีความถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของวารสาร โดยที่บทความไม่ผ่านการตีพิมพ์มาก่อน อย่างไรก็ตาม การปฏิเสธตีพิมพ์บทความจะต้องมีหลักฐานมาพิสูจน์เสียก่อน
