Thai Classical Dance for Health and Quality of Life of Senior Citizens.

Abstract
The objectives of research aimed to Thai Classical Dance for Health Promotion and Quality of Life in the Elderly, the objective of this research is to find a way to appropriately apply Thai Classical Dance movements to exercise to promote health and quality of life for the elderly. The target group is the elderly. This research that the analysis of Thai Classical Dance postures by analyzing with experts and having experience in physical education prior to implementation will determine the appropriate postures to use in older people. It was found that the results were in the same direction, namely Thai Classical Dance from “Mae-bot-lek”song can be used in all positions. The results of the analysis divided the dance moves into groups with different body movement steps. Which can choose to use in exercise without limitations. Beneficial of this exercise is a great way in building muscle and reducing the chances of diabetes and hyperlipidemia in the elderly. Aids in the development and creation of brain food. Including the sound wave energy from music helps to adjust the brain waves and stimulate the energy in the brain cells which consider Thai Classical Dance would be useful in social roles. In addition, being a national art that can be used to improve mental and physical health for the elderly to live a quality life, be happy, and to help promote life in Thailand's aging society.
