Content Strategy: Communication on Web of Academic Libraries

Abstract
This academic article proposes to study content strategy for communication on web that is relevant to user experience design approach of academic libraries in Thailand which are founded in research articles. Thus, this study uses a systematic review methodology to analyze and synthesize those research articles are published in databases of Thai Journals Online (ThaiJO). There are 12 research articles which are included specified criteria for systematic review. The results of the literature review can be divided into 4 issues: 1) communication on web which can be separated into sub-issues: web in communication works of the libraries, contents in communication, content formats, factors influenced to the communication, and timing and frequency of content communication 2) evaluation method of content strategy usage for communication on web, 3) successful factor of content strategy for communication on web which could be content patterns and library users’ interests, and 4) problems of content strategy for communication on web which can be separated into sub-issues: content, administration, human resource, and evaluation.
