Abstract
เกาหลีได้รับอิทธิพลจากจีนมาตั้งแต่สมัยโบราณ โดยพื้นฐานหรือแนวคิดแบบลัทธิขงจื๊อที่มีการดัดแปลงนำมาใช้ นั่นคือระบบการแบ่งคนเป็นหลายชั้นตามลำดับลดหลั่นตามพื้นฐานจากความสำเร็จทางการศึกษา
