Abstract
วัฒนธรรมเป็นมรดกทางสังคม ที่มนุษย์ได้สร้าง เปลี่ยนแปลง และปรับปรุงให้เหมาะกับสภาพแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวข้อง วัฒนธรรมเป็นวิถีชีวิตที่เกิดจากความสัมพันธ์ของมนุษย์กับมนุษย์ สังคม และธรรมชาติ ซึ่งแบ่งเป็นวัฒนธรรมทางวัตถุที่แสดงออกและจับต้องได้ เช่น เครื่องมือ เครื่องใช้ ยานพานะ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ และวัฒนธรรมทางจิตใจที่จับต้องไม่ได้แต่สัมผัสได้ผ่านความรู้สึกหรือจิตใจ วัฒนธรรมเป็นแนวปฏิบัติของแต่ละชนชาติเพื่อการอยู่ร่วมกันในแต่ละชุมชนที่มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะสังคมนั้น ๆ ในแต่ละสังคมได้สร้างและปรับปรุงวัฒนธรรมให้มีความเจริญงอกงามและสืบทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น ประเทศที่มีวัฒนธรรมที่ดีและได้รับการยอมรับจากสังคมหรือชาติจะป้องกันไม่ให้ประเทศถูกรุกรานทางวัฒนธรรมและช่วยให้ประชาชนไม่ตกเป็นทาสหรือถูกครอบงำจากวัฒนธรรมของชาติอื่น
