ผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยรูปแบบการสอน โมเดลซิปปาร่วมกับเทคนิคเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางด้านคุณวุฒิวิชาชีพ เรื่อง มาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคารระดับ 1 สำหรับนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้มาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคารระดับ 1 ด้วยรูปแบบการสอน โมเดลซิปปาร่วมกับเทคนิคเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน และ
2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้รูปแบบการสอน โมเดลซิปปาร่วมกับเทคนิคเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน ประชากรคือนักศึกษาประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยี ดอนบอสโกสุราษฎร์ จำนวน 29 คนในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง โดยเครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบทดสอบ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สัมพันธ์กัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้มาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานช่างไฟฟ้าภายในอาคารระดับ 1 ของนักศึกษาหลังการเรียนด้วย โมเดลซิปปาร่วมกับเทคนิคเพื่อนช่วยเพื่อน สูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนน () ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนคือ 49.03 และ 81.72 ตามลำดับ 2) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
