Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with the objectives.1) To study learning management problems of opportunity expands school, Dinsor see creative group, during the Coronavirus 2019 epidemic. 2) To study learning support of opportunity expands school, Dinsor see creative group, during the Coronavirus 2019 epidemic. 3) To study suggestion of learning support of opportunity expansion school, Dinsor see creative group, during the Coronavirus 2019 epidemic. There are 4 opportunity expansions schools with 12 key informants, including executives, academic supervisors and teachers, obtained through specific choices. Using semi-structured interviews. Collecting research data by using fundamental theory data analysis techniques and drawing conclusions from the issues presented according to the research purpose. including executives, academic supervisors and teachers, were selected by using a semi-structured interview to collect research data, using fundamental theory analysis techniques. The analysis is based on inductive data analysis based on data from key informants selected according to the methodology and then analyzed it. Conclusions or theoretical explanations from general characteristics or context to conclusions about the phenomenon.

            The research found that there were problems with family management side, lack of funding for learning tools, lack of funding for quality Internet transmissions, lack of knowledge, and lack of close supervision of parents. About the problem with learner side, lack of technological ability to access lessons, lack of interest in learning transferring to workforce, addiction to cell phones, results to be decline in knowledge and the lack of technological skills in teaching online. Learning support are flexibly learning management, increased budget for projects including external support from other organizations Suggestions for learning management is educational policy; teachers should adjust their teaching strategies in terms of budget, scholarship support and budget increase in school projects, including online teaching materials.
