Occupational Standard: Connecting The World of Work to The World of Education

At present, education management isn't almost enabling learners to possess knowledge, but the necessary factor is creating students able to live happily, particularly by having a job. This is often one among the important indicators which will indicate the success of instructional management. It starts with making students career awareness awake to skilled education in any respect levels, that starts from career awareness, career exploration that has got to offer learners a transparent image through teaching and learning in activity learning subject so as to have the next level of understanding specifically career preparation and occupational specialization. These processes give students with an understanding of the skilled world for instruction or coming into a career within the case of not continued education. In addition, Thailand has given importance to the event of the country work force in any respect ages, promoting lifelong learning. This could be seen in the preparation of the National Qualifications Framework, that has eight qualifications levels. There are learning outcomes supported the qualifications framework in 3 areas: knowledge, skills, and applied ability and responsibility, which connects instructional qualifications with activity standards by rising the standard of educational standards to link them with professional standards. it's a vital observe that will modify the country' education management to retort to the strain on working class and also the direction of property development of the country.
