HABIT LEVEL OF EMPLOYEES AT ELECTRICITY GENERATING AUTHORITY OF THAILAND MAE MOH MINE BY APPLYING THE SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE PEOPLE PRINCIPLE

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore level of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People Principle of Employees at Mae Moh Mine Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The questionnaires were employed to collect data from 320 samples. The study found that all individual habits and group of habits were ranked at high level. Considering in individual habit, the employees had high level of Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw, Habit 4: Think Win/Win, Habit 1: Be Proactive, Emotional Bank Account, Life Balance Habit, Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind, Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then To be Understood, Habit 3: Put First Things First and Habit 6: Synergize, respectively. Considering the group of habits, the result showed that Private Victory, Public Victory and Overall Habits were all ranked at highest scores with highest to lowest scores respectively.
