The purposes of this study were to study (1) the open innovation factors affecting innovation performance; (2) innovation performance of employees of Ban Phaeo General Hospital in
Samut Sakhon province: the moderator role of organizational support policy. The research sample consisted of 437 employees of Ban Phaeo General Hospital in Samut Sakhon province. Research data were collected by using a questionnaire and analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Research findings showed that the beta value of R&D collaboration had the highest positive influence on innovation performance, to be followed by the cross functional team, the development of operation system, and the development of marketing, respectively. The testing results showed that open innovation and organizational support policy affected the increase of innovation performance of employees of Ban Phaeo General Hospital in Samut Sakhon province.
