บทคัดย่อ
รูปแบบ KOI (Knowledge, Objective and Integration) เพื่อพัฒนาการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้สาหรับนักศึกษาครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 อาศัยหลักการจัดการศึกษาที่ยึดหลักผู้เรียนเป็นสาคัญและเน้นทักษะปฏิบัติ ประกอบด้วยกระบวนการที่สาคัญ 3 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นสร้างองค์ความรู้ เป็นขั้นตอนที่ทาให้นักศึกษาเกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) ขั้นกาหนดจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ เป็นขั้นตอนการฝึกทักษะปฏิบัติเพื่อกาหนดจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ให้ถูกต้องและชัดเจน และ 3) ขั้นบูรณาการ เป็นขั้นตอนการบูรณาการความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบและกาหนดจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ เพื่อนาไปสู่การออกแบบการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้ตารางบูรณาการเพื่อออกแบบ และประเด็นสาคัญที่สุดในขั้นตอนบูรณาการ คือ การออกแบบตามตารางบูรณาการที่จะต้องใช้ควบคู่กับการให้นักศึกษาเล่ากระบวนการคิดในการออกแบบว่ากาหนดขั้นตอนและวางแผนกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามตารางบูรณาการอย่างไรบ้าง แต่ละขั้นตอนสอดคล้องกับจุดประสงค์ที่กาหนดไว้อย่างไร เมื่อนักศึกษาสามารถบอกเล่าได้เป็นลาดับขั้นตอน และให้ความกระจ่างในการอธิบายได้ทุกหัวข้อหรือทุกรายการสอดคล้องสัมพันธ์กันดีแล้ว จึงให้นักศึกษานาไปเขียนเป็นแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้เป็นลาดับขั้นตอนอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักของการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้และปรับรูปแบบการใช้ภาษาให้เหมาะสมตามหลักวิชาการ
