Abstract

Recruitment is not trying to find people but it is fill in the vacant positions also building trust and relationships with employees in the long-term. Nowadays, large corporations usefully embrace technology in online recruiting through the Internet. Today social media is the most widely used job application in recruiting jobs. Making it possible to enhance the efficiency of online recruiting. Positive candidate experience will provide a positive employer branding every touchpoint.  Positive candidate experience consists of 1) developing awareness, 2) creating information for decision-making, 3) easy-to-apply forms, 4) fast and quality collect and analysis data, and 5) impression for the job interview.
