บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมในการยอมรับธนาคารบนมือถือ (mobile banking) ในประเทศเมียนมาร์ ผ่านแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและความไว้วางใจ ข้อมูลการสำรวจรวบรวมจากผู้ใช้บริการ mobile banking จำนวน 405 คน ในย่างกุ้ง ประเทศเมียนมาร์ และนำมาวิเคาระห์ด้วยแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มิติด้านการรับรู้ว่าง่ายต่อการใช้ มิติด้านการรับรู้ว่ามีประโยชน์ มิติด้านการเจตคติต่อการใช้ มิติด้านความไว้วางใจ มีอิทธิพลในเชิงบวกต่อการยอมรับ mobile banking ผลการศึกษานี้จะเป็นแนวทางสำหรับธนาคารในการออกแบบกลยุทธ์เพื่อดึงดูดผู้ใช้งานได้มากขึ้น
