การสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการของผู้ประกอบการเกษตรสมัยใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
ในปัจจุบันภาคเกษตรกำลังเข้าสู่การขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม จึงทำให้การพัฒนาทักษะและความสามารถของผู้ประกอบการเกษตรต้องมีความพร้อมรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่งโดยบทความนี้ได้นำแนวคิดสมรรถนะการจัดการมาเชื่อมโยงกับแนวคิดผู้ประกอบการเกษตรสมัยใหม่ จากการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการเกษตรสมัยใหม่มีสมรรถนะการจัดการ 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) การจัดการการตลาดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ 2) การจัดการความมั่นคงทางการเงิน 3) การจัดการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมทางการเกษตร 4) การจัดการการเกษตรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 5) การจัดการระบบนิเวศทางธุรกิจ ซึ่งปัจจัยเหล่านี้จะส่งผลให้เกิดศักยภาพการจัดการ การผลิตเชิงรุก ความสามารถเชิงพลวัติเพื่อความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน
ประสิทธิภาพการตอบรับจากลูกค้า และความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานขององค์การ
