HYBRID EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF THAILAND

Abstract
Under the context of Thailand that still faces the inequality of access to education while facing with changing situations that are the challenge in various fields such as entering to the digital world, and the roles of educational institutions being different from the past, Thai education should focus on a hybrid management approach consisting of hybrid education system, hybrid classroom, hybrid teaching and learning supports as well as hybrid teaching techniques and learning evaluation in order to reduce the gap in the access to education for certain groups of learners in Thai society as much as possible in accordance to quality education development goal in the same direction as that of the global community. The work agencies in all sectors that play an important role in the provision of education should begin by rethinking the values towards education, learning, roles and responsibilities in educational management to support hybrid educational management.
