บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการสื่อสุขภาพที่มีความจำเพาะกับบริบทในพื้นที่ เพื่อผลิตสื่อสุขภาพอย่างมีส่วนร่วม และเพื่อประเมินผลการใช้สื่อในชุมชนปกาเกอะญอบนพื้นที่สูง กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ชาวบ้านในชุมชน นักวิชาการสาธารณสุข และครู รวมทั้งหมด 125 คน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ระยะก่อนผลิต ทบทวนวรรณกรรม สำรวจและสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย สร้างเครือข่ายการทำงาน เพื่อกำหนดขอบเขตเนื้อหาและรูปแบบของสื่อ ระยะที่ 2 การผลิตและหลังการผลิต พัฒนาสื่อสุขภาพ พัฒนาบทถ่ายทำ การคัดเลือกนักแสดงในชุมชน การถ่ายทำ การตัดต่อ และการพากย์เสียง ระยะที่ 3 การประเมินผลการเผยแพร่สื่อสุขภาพสู่ชุมชน เครื่องมือวิจัย 4 ชิ้น ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์บุคลากรทางการแพทย์เพื่อการพัฒนาสื่อสุขภาพ แบบสำรวจรูปแบบสื่อสุขภาพ แบบสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินความเข้าใจและความน่าสนใจต่อคลิปวิดีโอ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เนื้อหามีความเหมาะสมกับจุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้ ภาพประกอบสื่อสารความรู้สร้างความเข้าใจและมีความเหมาะสมในการจัดเรียงลำดับเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับประเด็นปัญหาในพื้นที่ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ด้านคุณภาพสื่อมีความน่าสนใจและดึงดูดต่อการเรียนรู้ ภาพประกอบเรื่องสอดคล้องกับเนื้อหา อยู่ในระดับดีมาก นักแสดงเป็นบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข (อสม.) และชาวบ้าน ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่และใช้ชีวิตอยู่จริงในพื้นที่ ทำให้เข้าใจบริบทและแสดงได้อย่างสมจริงเป็นธรรมชาติ
