การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) พัฒนารูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของความพึงพอใจในงาน ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ การรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การ ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจลาออกของพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ (2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของความตั้งใจลาออกของพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่นักวิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความพึงพอใจในงานมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อความภักดีต่อองค์การและการรับรู้การสนับสนุนจากองค์การตามลำดับ จากการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของแบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของความตั้งใจลาออกของพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พบว่า ค่าไคสแควส์เท่ากับ 85.95 องศาอิสระเท่ากับ
79 ความน่าจะเป็น (p-value) เท่ากับ 27.74% จากค่าไคสแควส์และองศาอิสระแสดงว่า ข้อมูลมีความสอดคล้องกับแบบจำลองดีมาก เมื่อพิจารณาค่าสถิติความคลาดเคลื่อนของส่วนเหลือ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.008 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความสอดคล้องเปรียบเทียบ (CFI) เท่ากับ 1 และ SRMR เท่ากับ 0.007

Abstract
There are two main objective. First, to develop causal model of job satisfaction, job commitment, perceive organizational support and intention to quit of university employee of Rajabhat university. Second, Evaluating the construct validity of theoretical model of intention to quit of university employee of Rajabhat university and empirical data.
The result show that; job satisfaction are positively related to organizational commitment, and perceive organizational support, respectively. The theoretical model of intention to quit of university employee of Rajabhat university fits the empirical data very well. The chi-squares, degree of freedom and p-value are 85.95, 79 and 27.74% respectively while Root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA), comparative fit index(CFI), standardized root mean square residual (SRMR) are 0.008, 1 and 0.007, respectively.
