Abstract
บทความนี้เกี่ยวข้ององค์ประกอบที่สำคัญของการผลิตแบบลีน คือ ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ แนวคิดการผลิตแบบลีนเน้นการไหลของงานอย่างต่อเนื่องและการควบคุมด้วยตนเอง ดังนั้นผู้ปฏิบัติงานจึงมีบทบาทที่สำคัญที่สุดในการจัดการการผลิตให้บรรลุเป้าหมายขององค์กรเพื่อมุ่งสู่การผลิตที่ยั่งยืน การผลิตแบบลีนเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปฏิบัติงานทุกคนในองค์กร เพราะหลักการของลีนเชื่อว่าคุณภาพเกิดจากทุกคนในองค์กร โดยมีหลักการพื้นฐานร่วมกัน 4 ประการ คือ (1) การมุ่งเน้นลูกค้า (2) การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์และความเป็นผู้นำ (3) การปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องและการเรียนรู้ และ (4) การให้อำนาจและการทำงานเป็นทีม องค์กรแบบลีนนั้นจะเน้นการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องโดยพนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการปรับปรุง ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรที่สำคัญได้แก่ 5ส การบำรุงรักษาเชิงทวีผลแบบทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม งานที่มีมาตรฐาน กิจกรรมไคเซน ระบบข้อเสนอแนะ และการจูงใจพนักงาน
This paper is related to the important aspects of lean production namely human resources. Lean production concept emphasizes in continuous flow and autonomation. Hence, the operators are of vital important in production management to reach the common goal of organization toward the sustainability production. Lean production emphasizes in the cooperation of people in that organization because quality is derived from everyone in the organization. There are four basic principles (1) customer focus (2) strategic planning and leadership (3) continuous improvement and learning and (4) empowerment and teamwork. Lean organization emphasizes in built-in quality by everyone. The involvement support tools are 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, Standardized work, Kaizen, Suggestion system, and Motivation.
