THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF TEACHING AND LEARNING PLACE-BASED LEARNING REFERENCE POINTS OF STUDY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE QSCCS PROCESS TO PROMOTE LEARNING IN THE 21st CENTURY FOR THE STUDENTS IN THE HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: to create a teaching style based on place-based learning concept with QSCCS process for the curriculum. To promote learning in the 21st century. 2. To try the teaching style. 3. Study the student’s satisfaction with the teaching style. The samples used in the study were the Mathayom Suksa 4 Students, the Logistics course of local products twenty-one students from Sung Men Chanupatham School in Phrae Province selected the Logistics and Supply Chain curriculum. The research tools consisted of 1) draft teaching model, 2) suitability assessment form, 3) achievement test and 4) student satisfaction questionnaire based on the educational concept. Place together with the QSCCS process. Average standard deviation and t-test the Dependent.
The research findings were:
1. Model of teaching and learning on place-based learning concept with QSCCS process for curriculum. To promote learning in the 21st century, there are fivemain topics: 1) Asean Economics Community 2) Government Policy, Thai Education Policy, Core Curriculum, Basic Education Development Policy of the Province 3) Study Areas: Networks and Organizations within the Province 4) Curriculum Structure 5) Learning Objectives
2. Results of experiments based on place-based learning concept with QSCCS process for curriculum. In order to promote learning in the 21st century, it was found that the students who learned by teaching style based on the place-based learning concept with the QSCCS process had higher learning achievement scores than those before the study at the .05 level.
3. Students were satisfiedwith their teaching and learning based on the place-based learning concept with the QSCCS process as a whole.
