บทคัดย่อ
การเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วส่งผลให้ภาคธุรกิจเกษตรได้รับผลกระทบอย่างมากมาย ซึ่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในภาคการเกษตรนี้ค่อนข้างยากที่จะควบคุมไม่ให้เปลี่ยนแปลง ดังนั้นในประเทศที่พัฒนาแล้วหลาย ๆ ประเทศได้มีการศึกษาและคาดการณ์ถึงสิ่งที่กำลังจะเกิดขึ้นเพื่อหาแนวทางการรับมือและป้องกันการเกิดผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้น ๆ เนื้อหาในบทความนี้จะกล่าวถึง 1) แรงผลักดันต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพแวดล้อมของธุรกิจเกษตร และ 2) การเปลี่ยนแปลงแนวทางการประกอบการเกษตรของเกษตรกรตามทิศทางของการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อให้เกษตรกรและเจ้าของธุรกิจเกษตรเข้าใจถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงและกำหนดกลยุทธ์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารธุรกิจเกษตร ทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างโอกาสที่จะทำให้ธุรกิจเกษตรเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันระดับโลกอีกด้วย
