Abstract
หนังสือ เรื่อง “การจัดการและการพัฒนาวิสาหกิจชุมชน” เป็นหนังสือเล่มหนึ่งที่มีความน่าสนใจเป็นอย่างมาก ซึ่งผู้เขียนได้รวบรวมประสบการณ์จากการทำวิจัยและการบรรยายในวิชาวิสาหกิจชุมชนแล้วนำมารวบรวมเขียนเป็นหนังสือเล่มนี้ ซึ่งมีหลายบทที่น่าสนใจและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดำเนินงานและการบริหารจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน รวมไปถึงการจัดการแนวใหม่ เช่น การรับช่วงการผลิตของวิสาหกิจชุมชนซึ่งสามารถใช้เป็นกลยุทธ์สำหรับวิสาหกิจหมู่บ้าน วิสาหกิจขนาดย่อม หรือธุรกิจครอบครัวได้ นอกจากนั้นในหนังสือเล่มนี้ยังมีตัวอย่างแบบประเมินวิสาหกิจ ใบคำขอจัดตั้งวิสาหกิจ และพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมวิสาหกิจชุมชน ปี พ.ศ. 2548 ให้ผู้อ่านได้ทำความเข้าใจอีกด้วย ซึ่งผู้เขียนได้แบ่งเนื้อหาของหนังสือไว้ 6 บท
