LIFESTYLE OF OLDER PEOPLE IN BANGPHLI DISTRICT, SAMUTPRAKAN PROVINCE

Abstract
Research on older people lifestyles in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province aimed at investigating the elements and survey indicators of their lifestyles. 400 sampling who were able to take care of themselves and not bedridden. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 0.936 reliability. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and exploratory factor analysis.
Based on the results of the study, composition, and survey indicators, a lifestyle consists of 7 elements: 1) love in a family and morality, 2) self-confidence and interest in surrounding matters, 3) conservation and development, 4) self-caring activist, 5) enthusiasm and knowledge for success, 6) taking care of yourself and the environment, and 7) love of hobbies. From these lifestyles, private and government agencies can use them as guidelines in presenting products and creating activities to fit older people’s needs.
