Abstract

This research aims to investigate the causal factors which affect the performance of community enterprises in Kamphaeng Phet Province. The sample consisted of 275 community enterprises in Kamphaeng Phet Province, and the data was collected by using a questionnaire. The Partial Least Square (PLS) technique was used to investigate the structural equation model. The results showed that influential factors are transformational leadership, knowledge management, and  organizational culture, respectively. While transformational leadership affects both direct and indirect to the performance, knowledge management only has a direct effect on it, and the organizational culture affects indirectly through knowledge management.
