A STUDY ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF DANCE TROUPE PERFORMERS’ PARTICIPATION IN CONTINUING EDUCATION

Abstract
In all kinds of education, continuing education is one of the effective ways for people to continue learning. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of continuing education, the number of people and groups who choose continuing education has been greatly improved. In order to explore the current situation of dance troupe performers’ participation in continuing education, this paper investigates 10 dance troupe performers through RVeTtionnaiSeT and inteSWieXT and anaMZ[eT tIe inŴVenDinH GaDtoST and diGųDVMtieT oG tIeiS QaStiDiQation in DontinVinH edVDation TISoVHI tIe TtVdZ it iT GoVnd tIat tIe inŴVenDinH GaDtoST of dancers’ participation in continuing education mainly focus on learning time, educational effect, achievement motivation, personal ability, family expectations, social industry needs and so on, which provides a real sample analysis and value consideration for improving the current situation of dancers’ participation in continuing education.
