Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำระบบรับ-ส่งเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น ช่วยให้การสืบค้นข้อมูล ติดตาม และตรวจสอบสถานะการรับ-ส่งเอกสารมีประสิทธิภาพการทำงานมากขึ้น
โดยมีกระบวนการวิจัยตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนของการศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ วิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ สร้างระบบฐานข้อมูลและพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศรูปแบบของเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น ทำงานผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบเพื่อปรับปรุงพัฒนาให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม ด้วยการจัดอบรม ให้ความรู้ การใช้งานระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นแก่คณะสงฆ์
จากการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างพระสงฆ์จำนวน 167 รูป พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคือ ส่วนระบบรับเอกสาร ได้ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.36 รองลงมาคือ ส่วนระบบส่งเอกสาร ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.30 และการแสดงผลและการจัดการข้อมูลสำหรับผู้ใช้งานระบบ ได้ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.28 และมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งหมดเท่ากับ 4.31 อยู่ในระดับมีประสิทธิภาพมาก ทำให้ได้ระบบรับ-ส่งเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต ช่วยให้การดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเอกสารของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาและคณะสงฆ์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อยู่ในรูปแบบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
The objective of this research is to create an electronic document transfer system as a web application that effectively supports the processes of searching, tracking and monitoring of document transfers.
The processes of research include are investigating relevant data in the system, analyzing and designing the system, creating the database system and developing the information technology system in the form of web application via internet network, evaluating the effectiveness of the system and creating a participatory process via training the Buddhist clergy how to use the developed system.
According to the effectiveness evaluation of the system based on a group of samples (167 monks), the results showed the document reception system has an average of the score of 4.36, the submission system has 4.30, the display and information management system for users has 4.28, respectively. The overall average of the effectiveness is 4.31, that indicates highly effective. The developed electronic document transfer system improves the effectiveness of the document management for the clerical Buddhist office in Chiang Mai province, since the document presented in electronic forms.
