การสร้างลวดลายจากพืชท้องถิ่นด้วยเทคนิคการพิมพ์ผ้า Eco-printing และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองชุมชนบ้านหนองบัว ตำบลภูหอ อำเภอภูหลวง จังหวัดเลย

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างลวดลายจากพืชท้องถิ่น เทคนิคการพิมพ์ผ้า Eco-printing และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้าทอพื้นเมืองชุมชนบ้านหนองบัว ตำบลภูหอ อำเภอภูหลวง จังหวัดเลยโดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาเอกสารและการลงพื้นที่จัดกิจกรรมด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า การสร้างลวดลายด้วยเทคนิคการพิมพ์ผ้า Eco-printing ทำได้โดยการใช้พืชท้องถิ่น เช่น ใบสัก ใบเพกา ใบกาสะลอง ใบสบู่แดง และใบยูคาลิปตัส โดยนำมาผ่านขั้นตอนการสร้างลวดลาย ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นการเตรียมผ้าด้วยการแช่สารช่วยติดสี 2) ขั้นการนำผ้ามาวางบนพื้นราบ จัดตำแหน่งผ้าให้ตึงเสมอกัน จึงวางใบไม้ที่เตรียมไว้ในในลักษณะกระจายทั่วผืนผ้า โดยมีขนาดของใบไม้เล็ก กลาง ใหญ่จัดวางในตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสมและสัมพันธ์กันทั่วผืนผ้า 3) ขั้นนำแผ่นพลาสติกขนาดพอดีผ้ามาคลุมบนใบไม้ แล้วทำการม้วนให้แน่น และให้นำพลาสติกพันพาเลทมาพันผ้าที่ม้วนแล้วให้แน่นอีกรอบ 4) นำผ้าที่ม้วนแล้วไปนึ่งในเตานึ่ง ในอุณหภูมิ 90 องศา 2 ชั่วโมง 5) ขั้นการนำออกจากเตา ทำการแกะผ้าและนำใบไม้ออกให้หมด นำไปผึ่งในที่ร่มจนแห้ง และ 6) ขั้นการนำผ้าที่แห้งแล้วมาแช่น้ำยากันสีตก ประมาณ 20 นาที จากนั้นไปตากในที่ร่ม ส่วนการออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์จากผ้าที่ใช้เทคนิคการพิมพ์ผ้า Eco-printing พบว่า มี 6 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การออกแบบและพัฒนา 2) การศึกษาความต้องการของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย 3) การสืบค้นข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4) การออกแบบร่างและพัฒนาแบบร่าง 5) การทดลองแปรรูป ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ และ 6) การวิจารณ์และประเมินผลงานต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน
