2025-09-23
How to prepare the manuscript
1. Manuscripts may be written in either Thai or English. The components of a research article or academic article must be prepared in accordance with these author guidelines. For manuscripts written in Thai, authors should follow the official vocabulary and terminology prescribed by the Royal Institute. The use of mixed Thai and English should be avoided unless necessary. In such cases, the Thai term should be followed by its English equivalent in parentheses, with the first letter of the English term cap-italized and subsequent letters in lowercase, except for proper nouns. After the first appearance, only the Thai term should be used. Manuscripts written in English must be reviewed by a qualified English lan-guage expert to ensure linguistic accuracy.
2. Printing: Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word on Letter-size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). The page layout should be set with a top margin of 1.3 inches (3.3 cm), and left, right, and bot-tom margins of 1 inch (2.5 cm). The text should be formatted in a single column, with page numbers provided on every page.
3. Font Format: Both Thai and English text must be typed in Dillenia UPC using the same font size. Formatting requirements are as follows: (1) Title: Bold, 18 pt; (2) Author’s name: Regular, 16 pt; (3) Author affiliations (faculty, department, and institution): Regular, 12 pt; (4) Main headings: Bold, 16 pt; (5) Subheadings: Bold, 14 pt; (6) Body text: Regular, 14 pt.
4. Number of pages The length of the article should not exceed 11-15 pages, including tables, pictures and references.
5. Submission of manuscripts: The author of the article must submit the manuscript on the website https://www.tci-thaijo.org.index.php/rmuj
