Gösta-Esping-Andersen’s Social Welfare
Main Article Content
Abstract
"Three Worlds of Welfare Capitalism" has an impact and influence on formulation, education, and implementation of welfare policies. The categorization of social welfare regimes, the exposition of the notion of de-commodification of social welfare, the use of the employment issue as an analytical variable within the framework of a post-industrial society, and the findings and suggestions, are different from those of earlier social welfare scholars. This resulted in changing social welfare management guidelines in order to prevent risks to people's livelihoods, and raise awareness to reduce the disparity between existing social classes and the negative effects of social welfare.
