The Development of the Borrowing - Returning System of Materials and Equipment of Physical Education Major in Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to 1) Study the problems and obstacles of the borrowing - returning of materials and equipment of physical education major in Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University 2) Study the results of the development of the borrowing - returning system of materials and equipment of physical education major in Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University and 3) Assess the satisfaction with the material recovery system of physical education major in Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University. The system development method has 5 steps to implement: 1. Study the old system, 2. Analyze the existing system, 3. Design the new system, 4. Test the implementation and 5. Improve and evaluate the efficiency of the system. The instrument used to collect the data was a questionnaire on the material borrowing - returning system of the PE major Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University. The results showed that the borrowing – returning of equipment of Physical Education major in Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University, there were problems with the loss of documents, take a long time and the performance of personnel in the borrowing-return process. As well as lack of technology application in service. The evolving material borrowing - returning system has greatly reduced the time spent in the material borrowing process of the students and the workflow of the instructor in charge of the materials, which can approve borrowing-returning quickly and it can check the remaining amount and borrowing-returning history individually. The students who were service users were satisfied with the efficiency of the recovery system at the highest level.
